As the leading exemplar of the company, Karan formulates the vision and goals of the company through his management and direction skills. The zest that he carries ignites the minds of people associated with him. His strategies and efforts combined has boosted this organization to reach zenith in over a decade. He foresees the future of Robosoft as one of the leading Multinational service providers. After accomplishing Robosoft’s presence in India, USA, Middle East, he is now marching ahead to raise its flag in other countries. He is also instigating new plans to meet the dynamic market conditions which assures optimal gratification to his customers. Under his supervision and guidance Robosoft has achieved incredible evolution and the charts shall continue to rise. He is also associated with SIES, Welingkar, NMIMS Management institutes as a Director / Guest Lecturer.

Prashant Khemka

Prashant has been associated with Robosoft since 2007. With over 9 years of experience in Costing, Software Consultancy, Project Management and Business Consulting, Prashant has been driving the organization with his skilled force. As for the academic qualification, he is a Chartered Accountant, B.Com from R.A. Poddar College Mumbai & PGDST from National Center of Software Technology (Bangalore).

Anand Jambunathan

Regional Director – Qatar

Anand, is no stranger to the region neither to the ERP industry. having spent the past 12 years in Kuwait, UAE and Qatar handling major ERP solutions, is part of the dynamic and young management team to spearhead the inorganic growth of Robosoft Solution LLC in Qatar and Kuwait. Anand comes with over 22 years of IT solutions sales and account management experience. He was part of major ERP implementations in the Region, includes both Private and Public enterprises and helped over 100 organisations reap the benefits of ERP Investments. His aim is to make Robosoft Solution LLC #1 partner in Qatar for Microsoft.

Shweta Mandhana

Vice President of Global Sales Marketing

Shweta Mandhana presently serves as the Vice President of Global Sales Marketing at Robosoft Solutions. Boasting a wealth of experience for 20 years, garnered from her previous endeavors with several global SME’s and large organisations, Shweta has established herself as a seasoned professional in Business Growth, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Negotiation, People Management, Digitisation and much more.
