The RoboSMART Multi-Company Report does not collect, transmit, or store customer business data outside the customer’s Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment.
The application only accesses the data required to generate reports after the customer grants permission during setup.
Authentication
Authentication is performed through Microsoft services using the customer’s own Microsoft account.
The publisher does not receive or store customer usernames, passwords, or authentication tokens.
Data Storage
Customer data remains within the customer’s Microsoft tenant and Business Central environment.
Third-Party Services
This Template App uses Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central services.
